Today, multi-platinum hard rock powerhouse Five Finger Death Punch announce their highly anticipated tenth studio album, Legacy. The digital version arrives July 31 while the CD, vinyl, and cassette versions will land on September 18. In honor of it being the band’s tenth studio effort, Legacy will be available on ten collectible vinyl variants. Check out album’s cover art and tracklisting below, plus a link to pre-order.

“Every album is a snapshot of who we were at that particular moment in time, and Legacy is exactly what the title suggests,” declares guitarist Zoltan Bathory. “It’s a reflection on the journey, the lessons, the victories, the struggles, and everything we’ve experienced over the last two decades. What makes that journey meaningful is that we didn’t make it alone. We traveled this road alongside millions of fans around the world and somehow became part of each other’s lives. That’s an incredible thing to reflect on twenty years later.”

Vocalist Ivan Moody continues, “At the same time, Legacy isn’t about looking backward. 20 years is a milestone, not a destination. We’re incredibly proud of this record because it captures everything people love about Five Finger Death Punch while also pointing toward where we’re headed next. Our philosophy has always been that this journey doesn’t come with a self-imposed ceiling. Every goal we’ve reached simply revealed another horizon beyond it. We never believed the sky was the limit; if anything, it’s where the true journey begins. Here’s to our shared legacy.”

The band also revealed the record’s second single “De Oppresso Liber” which can be steamed below.

“‘De Oppresso Liber’ is more than just a motto,” states Bathory. “It’s a calling. It’s a philosophy. It represents a willingness to stand between danger and those who cannot defend themselves. Throughout human history, there have always been people who were drawn to accept that responsibility. This song is our way of paying respect to that mindset.”

The first single from the album released just last month, “Eye of the Storm” is already Top 5 at Rock Radio this week and has already generated over 3.9 million Spotify streams and 1.6 million YouTube views on the official lyric video.

“The new music has been turning out heavier than anything we’ve done in years, with a cinematic undertone running beneath it,” Bathory said. “We had three years to write this record and really live with it. We started with nearly 30 songs and carved it down to 14 or 15, we even considered a double album at one point. This is our 10th studio album and our 20th anniversary as a band, we knew we had to hit it hard. What excites me most is that I’m hearing the early era again, that grit, that bite, that aggression, while simultaneously exploring completely new territories. I wrote the music for the entire first album and most of the second, so that energy isn’t nostalgia for me, it’s where I come from. Those are my roots. It feels like coming home at full speed, while my brother Ivan is bringing some incredible lyrics and melodies, and his voice sounds absolutely huge on this record. I am really looking forward to the next decade.”

This summer, Five Finger Death Punch are embarking on the first leg of their 2026-2027 world tour. The massive 48-city run across North America kicks off on Monday, July 20 at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey, and wraps up in Bristow, Virginia at Jiffy Lube Live on Friday, October 23. Platinum-certified outlaw country musician Cody Jinks will join the tour as special guest and bring along his current album, In My Blood. The tour lineup will be rounded out by Eva Under Fire, who has earned critical acclaim, and will release a new album, Villainous in 2026.

In addition to celebrating two decades of music, Five Finger Death Punch is once again using its platform to give back. Long recognized as one of the most charitable bands in rock, Five Finger Death Punch has spent decades giving back to various causes, including U.S. military veterans and first responders and their families. In 2026, the band is expanding that mission with the launch of its campaign to support Team USA and align with the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games being held on American soil in Los Angeles in 2028. As part of the tour’s commitment to championing America’s next generation of athletes, a portion of the ticket sales from the 2026 U.S. Tour will be allocated to support U.S. Olympic and Paralympic athletes as they prepare for international competition.
