Last night, Metallica took the stage for their second and final show at London Stadium. The gig wrapped up another European leg of their ongoing M72 World Tour. The concert took place exactly one year after Back to the Beginning, which featured the final performances of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath – in nearby Birmingham. During the show, Metallica’s Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo paid tribute to the late Ozzy and Sabbath during their nightly duet.

The duo performed a medley of Black Sabbath’s “Electric Funeral” and Sex Pistols’ “Holiday in the Sun.
