Exploring The Depths with Austin Carlile of Of Mice & Men

Of Mice & Men are back for another round of Warped Tour as headliners in 2012. I got a chance to catch up with frontman and founder Austin Carlile backstage in Camden, NJ to see how the tour is going and to talk about the band’s new release, the deluxe reissue of their second LP, The Flood. The album features the band’s new single, “The Depths”.

Of Mice & Men formed in 2009 upon Carlile’s exit from Attack Attack!. The band has released two albums, their 2010 self-titled debut, and 2011’s The Flood. Post-Warped, Austin says the guys are doing nothing except “touring and writing, and touring and writing.” – by Matt Bishop
