Linkin Park are in the midst of their first global tour dates in seven years, as part of their new From Zero Tour. The band made their triumphant return to the road back on September 11 in Los Angeles. The band proceeded to play shows in Brooklyn, New York and Hamburg, Germany, and the world-famous O2 in London, UK. Very special guests at the shows included grandson, Sleep Token, Bad Omens, Helmet, and Jean Dawson on select dates. The run wraps up this Friday at Allianz Parque in São Paulo, Brazil – the same day their new album From Zero arrives.

After getting their feet wet with new singer Emily Armstrong (Dead Sara), the newly reformed rock titans are embarking on a full global tour next year. The trek begins on January 31 at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, Mexico and will see the band perform in the United States, Canada, Japan, Argentina, the UK, and more.

Special guests this time around include Queens of the Stone Age, Spiritbox, AFI, Architects, grandson, Jean Dawson, JPEGMAFIA, and PRVIS on select dates.

Check out the full tour itinerary below.

In addition to their own tour dates, Linkin Park are slated to headline several festivals around the globe including Sonic Temple (US), Welcome to Rockville (US), Sick New World (US), Rock Werchter (Belgium), Novarock (Austria), and more.

LP Underground fan club exclusive pre-sales start on November 18. General tickets go on in North America on  Thursday, November 21 at 12pm. Tickets for all shows in Europe and the UK start on Friday, November 22 at 10am.

“Getting back out on the road has been incredible,” says Mike Shinoda. “The fans’ support is overwhelming, and we’re ready to take this energy even further around the world. From Zero is a new chapter for us, and we’re so excited to share it with everyone on a bigger scale.”

The band’s upcoming record will be available for streaming and digital download, as well as on CD, standard blue vinyl, and limited edition blue and orchid splatter vinyl. The lead single “The Emptiness Machine” is out now, along with “Heavy Is the Crown,” “Over Each Other,” and “Two Faced.” The band’s last effort was 2017’s One More Light.

Back in February, Linkin Park have revealed a previously unreleased song, “Friendly Fire.” The track is from the 2017 recording sessions for what would be the band’s final studio album, One More Light, and features vocals from late frontman Chester Bennington. Released on May 17, 2017 through Warner Bros. Records, One More Light shot straight to No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The record also topped Billboard’s Top Rock and Top Alternative albums charts, and went No. 1 in several countries around the globe. The album as anchored by the singles “Heavy,” “Talking to Myself,” and the title track, “One More Light,” which was pushed as a single in October of 2017 after Bennington’s untimely passing on July 20.

In addition to the new song, Linkin Park released a “greatest hits” album of sorts called Papercuts – Singles Collection [2000-2023]. The collection features all of the band’s hit singles, and was released back on April 12 through Warner Bros. Records. The collection includes two of their new tracks – “Lost” and “Friendly Fire” and it was made available on CD, cassette, standard black double vinyl, limited edition sky blue and tangerine splattered double vinyl, and limited edition zoetrope picture disc double vinyl.

Looking back on it all, guitarist Brad Delson says, “When we finished making Hybrid Theory, we loaded up a U-haul, and then unpacked it because our gear wouldn’t fit, and eventually headed east on the 10 Freeway. Because of the snafu with the trailer, we had about 37 hours to reach St. Petersburg, Florida and, consequently, no time to stop. The following year, we went from playing small clubs to headlining arenas. At one venue, our tour manager Bob Dallas came backstage and told us the promoter was insistent we play for 90 minutes. Our only album was 37 minutes long. ‘Iguess we’ll play it twice,’ we said.

“Every time we finished an album, we collected more gear, more road cases, and, fortunately, more songs. Plugging our favorite new material into the setlist became both a privilege and a relief: a way to share the brightest bursts from a series of creative adventures – interwoven spontaneously into a multifaceted whole. Looking back on a body of work reveals new insights. A through line here. A departure there. A little FRIENDLY FIRE juxtaposed with the need to express a familiar truth. Placing one meaningful moment next to another feels like a great honor…to celebrate with you.

What’s been done and what’s yet to be discovered. What was never lost and what’s been here all along. Yearning and triumph like twenty tiny Papercuts.”

Last year, Linkin Park released two previously unreleased tracks from the original Meteora (2003) recording sessions. In addition to “Lost,” they also revealed the never-before-heard “Fighting Myself. The two new tracks anchored a massive reissue of their watershed album Meteora (Warner). There will be several versions of the reissue, including a Limited Edition Super Deluxe Box Set, 4 LP Deluxe Vinyl Box Set, 3-disc Deluxe CD and digital: all containing a wealth of previously unreleased or rare tracks. Among the unreleased tracks are several gems previously unknown to Linkin Park fans.

The Super Deluxe Box contains 5 LPs, 4 CDs and 3 DVDs. On vinyl – MeteoraLive In Texas (the full concert released on vinyl for the first time), and Live in Nottingham 2003, an unreleased legendary live concert from March 2003. The two live albums on vinyl are exclusive to the Super Deluxe Edition. It also includes MeteoraLPU Rarities 2.0Live Rarities 2003-2004, and Lost Demos on CD. The set also comes with 4 previously unreleased concert DVDs, plus the new “Work In Progress” lifestyle documentary.

Linkin Park unleashed Meteora on March 25, 2003. The disc debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, selling nearly a million copies it its first week alone. Spawning five monster singles, the now 7x-platinum album has sold 16 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best selling albums of the 21st century.

Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has passed away on July 20, 2017. He was just 41 years old. Born on March 20, 1976 in Phoenix, Arizona, Chester left behind his wife Talinda and his six children.

Prior to Chester’s passing, Linkin Park were days away from kicking off their One More Light World Tour on July 27 at Xfinity Center in Boston, Massachusetts. The tour was supposed to be in support of their seventh studio LP, One More Light. Records. During the trek, the band was slated for a select number of stadium shows with blink-182 dubbed Welcome to Blinkin Park.

In addition to his primary duties in Linkin Park, Chester lended his vocal abilities to Stone Temple Pilots and Kings of Chaos, and played a key role in Linkin Park’s Music For Relief Foundation.

Linkin Park exploded onto the nu metal scene in 2000 with the release of their debut LP, Hybrid Theory. The album produced four massive hit singles, and garnered the band their first GRAMMY® Award nomination for Best Rock Album. The band won the GRAMMY® for Best Hard Rock Performance for the single, “Crawling.” The disc went on to be certified diamond in 2005, and is one of the best-selling debut album of the 21st century. The band supported the album with relentless touring, including appearances on Ozzfest and Family Values Tour. The band avoided the sophomore slump when their second album, 2003′s Meteora, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200. The album spawned an astounding five hit singles, and is arguably the crown jewel of their discography. The band toured the world with support from P.O.D., Story of The Year, and Hoobastank.

That summer, Metallica invited Linkin Park to take part in their Summer Sanitarium Tour. Over the next seven years, Linkin Park released two more studio LPs – 2007′s Minutes To Midnight and 2010′s A Thousand Suns. Both records debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and quickly went platinum. In 2012, the band released their latest effort, Living Things. Once again, the band took the top spot on the Billboard Top 200. They co-headlined the Honda Civic Tour with Incubus, and played Australia’s Soundwave Festival alongside Metallica, Paramore, Slayer, and others.
