Danzig have shifted their upcoming tour schedule in light of a tour bus shortage. The first two dates of the trek have been bumped to the end of the run. Danzig explained the re-routing on their official social media pages.

Due to the current Tour Bus Shortage we are forced to move the Las Vegas and Southern California shows to the end of the tour on September 22 and September 23 in order to secure a tour bus. The Las Vegas show will remain in the same venue on Friday, September 22, but the Southern California show had to be moved to the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California on Saturday, September 23. Pre-sales for the California show that moved to Ontario start next Monday, August 7. Ticket information is coming shortly.

The upcoming tour celebrates the 35th anniversary of the group’s iconic debut album Danzig. The run now kicks off on August 27 at the Mesa Amphitheatre in Mesa, Arizona and wraps up on September 23 at Toyota Arena in Ontario, California. Special guests for the trek will be Behemoth, Twin Temple, and Midnight. Every night, Danzig will perform their 1998 self-titled record in full.

In the midst of the headlining tour, the band will perform at Blue Ridge Rock Festival in Virginia on September 8.

“These will be the only Danzig shows for the foreseeable future, so do not miss this opportunity to see these rare Danzig performances,” the band said.
