UK metal titans Asking Alexandria have recruited a new vocalist. Denis Shaforostov, formerly of Ukrainian metalcore band Make Me Famous, has been confirmed as AA’s new frontman. The addition of Shaforostov follows the departure of original vocalist Danny Worsnop, who left Asking Alexandria back in – to tour and record with his other band We Are Harlot full time. We Are Harlot released their debut LP back on March 30 via Roadrunner Records. The band have been hitting the U.S. festival circuit as of late, as well as some dates supporting Papa Roach. Asking Alexandria’s new single “I Won’t Give In” can be streamed above. It is the band’s first piece of recorded material since their 2013 album From Death to Destiny. – by Matt Bishop
