The group has signed to the label Secretly Canadian
After a lengthy hiatus, Yeah Yeah Yeahs have announced two U.S. headlining shows. The group previously announced dates in the UK, Spain, and Australia this summer. Now, Yeah Yeah Yeahs are set to perform at Forest Hills Stadium in New York and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
Pre-sale tickets will be available this Wednesday, May 4 at 10am local time at yeahyeaheyahs.com/#tour using the code DressUP22Tickets. General public on-sale begins this Friday, May 6 at 10am local time via Ticketmaster. The Linda Lindas will serve as special guests for both performances. Additionally, Japanese Breakfast will join the bill in Los Angeles.
Another special guest for the New York show has yet to be announced.
The group have also signed with Secretly Canadian with the intention of releasing new music. The group’s last album was 2013’s Mosquito. The LP peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard 200.
