The group’s new album ‘Relentless’ arrives in September

The forthcoming Relentless arrives via Rhino Records on Friday, September 15. The record will be available on baby pink vinyl, black vinyl, CD, and digital download. Fans can pre-order the album now HERE.
“I suppose ‘A Love’ is the most traditionally Pretenders-sounding song on the album,” says group leader Chrissie Hynde. “In the vein of ‘Kid’ or ‘Talk of the Town’ or any of the mid-tempo ones over the years. I often see love/relationships almost in the same vein as drug addiction. Although, having said that, I know I am jaded and cynical.”
In August, The Pretenders are gearing up to support Guns N’ Roses on their massive stadium tour. The trek begins with a show at Hersheypark Stadium in Pennsylvania. Additionally, The Pretenders will be playing a series of intimate headlining shows that are already sold out.
