Over the weekend, “Metallica Man” went viral for his epic sprint from gate to rail to be front row for Metallica’s headlining performance at at Lollapalooza 2022. At Lollapalooza, Metallica ripped through classics including “Whiplash,” and “Creeping Death” plus rarities like “Dirty Window” and “The Memory Remains.” Their encore was their re-incarnated classic “Master of Puppets” which featured a doting tribute to Eddie Munson from Stranger Things. The band will continue with a string of U.S. tour dates next month.
