Stone Temple Pilots Announce New Album, Premiere First Single

The band will embark on an acoustic tour in early 2020.

(TRR) – Stone Temple Pilots have announced a brand new studio album. The new LP Perdida is set for release early next year. The band premiered the first single “Fare Thee Well” on Monday, which can be streamed below.

“Hi everyone, we’d like to tell you about our new record, Perdida, ” the band said in a statement. “It will arrive on February 7. It’s a collection of 10 songs with an acoustic foundation. The kind of record we’ve been wanting to make for years. We are thrilled to share it with all of you and we will be setting out on tour in February playing several songs from the new record along with many other songs from our catalog. We look forward to seeing all of you and as always… we love you.⁣ See you soon.” ⁣

In addition, Stone Temple Pilots have announced an intimate acoustic tour to promote the new record. The trek kicks off on February 5 at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, BC and wraps up on March 1 at the Wilbur Theatre in Boston, MA. The band will be making stops in Portland, San Francisco, New York, Toronto, Detroit, and more on the run. A complete list of tour dates can be found below.
