After a three-year hiatus, Sonic Temple is back. The 2023 lineup features headliners Tool, Avenged Sevenfold, KISS, Foo Fighters. The four-day jaunt is set for Memorial Day Weekend, May 25 through May 28, at Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. Tickets are on sale now HERE.

Other featured acts slated to perform include Godsmack, Queens of the Stone Age, Rob Zombie, Deftones, Falling In Reverse, Chevelle, Bullet For My Valentine, Puscifer, Trivium, Black Veil Brides, Dorothy, Pennywise, and many more.

Sonic Temple, along with Boston Calling and Bonnaroo, mark Foo Fighters’ first official appearances as a band since the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins. Last year, Foo Fighters were slated to perform at Boston Calling as well as DWP’s Welcome to Rockville, but canceled in the wake of Hawkins’ passing. While it remains unclear who will sit behind the kit, rock fans are enjoying a bittersweet moment of seeing the band’s name on festival bills again.

Foo Fighters’ last live performance was in Buenos Aires’ Hipódromo de San Isidro at Lollapalooza Argentina.

Curated by Danny Wimmer Presents, Sonic Temple is a music and art festival that replaced the long-standing Rock on the Range.

“Columbus, Ohio is such a special place to Danny Wimmer Presents,” says DWP Founder Danny Wimmer. “It is where the company produced some of the biggest and most acclaimed rock festivals in the United States, so to be able to return home to Historic Crew Stadium to give fans Sonic Temple once again is going to be the highlight of 2023 for us. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back!”
