Guitarist Steve Jones recently suffered an injury preventing him from performing

Upcoming Sex Pistols tour dates in North America and South America have been postponed, the band announced Tuesday. Guitarist Steve Jones recently suffered a broken wrist, and is unable to perform. The band is looking to reschedule the dates as soon as possible.
All ticket holders will be informed as soon as the new date is confirmed.
Jones said in a statement, “I’ve got some good news and bad news, What do you want first? Okay, the bad news: I’ve broken my wrist, so unfortunately we won’t be doing any shows for a while. The good news is the surgeon said I will be back playing guitar in the not-too-distant future. The other good news is I’ll be 70 tomorrow! God bless, and God save the wrist. We appreciate your understanding and support.”
The upcoming tour, which features Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Matlock – will see Frank Carter performing with the band on vocals.
