Nita Strauss has revealed her new single “Victorious.” The track features a special guest performance by Dorothy Martin (Dorothy). Stream the official music video now below.

Strauss shares, “‘Victorious’ is the anthem I always wanted, a song about inspiring change, marching forward relentlessly, being willing to save yourself instead of waiting for someone to do it for you, and never backing down from a fight. Dorothy was the perfect powerhouse voice and personality to stand and deliver, and knock this one out of the park.”

“I’m honored to be a part of ‘Victorious’ with my friend Nita Strauss,” Dorothy Martin adds. “She is the embodiment of a bold, beautiful, strong woman. The song and video scream ‘GIRL POWER’ and we know you’ll love it!”

Nita Strauss’ new album The Call of the Void arrives on July 7 via Sumerian Records. The LP feature a solid stable of special guests including David Draiman (Disturbed), Chris Motionless (Motionless In White), Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), and Arch Enemy’s Alissa White-Gluz who appears on the previously-released juggernaut “The Wolf You Feed.

Strauss will be touring in support of the record this summer with a string of select dates across the U.S. The run begins on June 13 at the Exit/In in Nashville, making stops in New York, Atlanta, Las Vegas, San Antonio, Los Angeles, and more. Special guests for the trek will be Lions at the Gate. Check out the full itinerary below.

Additionally, Strauss will be touring with Alice Cooper this summer into fall. Nita left Alice Cooper’s band last summer to tour with Demi Lovato in support of her new rock album. On July 14, 2022, she joined the pop sensation for a performance of their new single “Substance” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Then, she officially joined Lovato’s band and went on tour supporting their new rock LP HOLY FVCK.

She reunited Cooper and her former bandmates on October 5 for a rendition of “School’s Out” at the Budweiser Events Center in Colorado.

“Such a treat getting to not only see the amazing Alice Cooper show from the audience for the first time, but hop up and join the boys for the encore last night,” she wrote on Instagram after the show. “They all absolutely crushed it and I was beaming the whole time singing along to every song.”

Alice Cooper is currently wrapping up a string of spring headlining shows. In August, he will serve as a very special guest for Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe at a handful of U.S. shows. After that, Cooper teams up with fellow shock rocker Rob Zombie for the Freaks on Parade Tour.
