Ahead of their joint performance at Coachella, Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize are collaborating on a new album called Nine Inch Noize. The album follows Boys Noize’s remixes of Tron: Ares tracks “A QUESTION OF TRUST,” “GHOST IN THE MACHINE,” and “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?” It will be cataloged as Halo 38 in the NIN canon.

The upcoming album arrives on April 17, just one day before Record Store Day.

The collaborative outfit Nine Inch Noize are set to headline the Sahara Tent on both weekends of Coachella, with sets on April 10 and April 17. It is very possible that the group may premiere some material from the forthcoming LP during their set this Friday. Both performances will be available online, as Coachella is once again streaming live on YouTube.

Nine Inch Nails wrapped up the second leg of their monstrous Peel It Back Tour on March 16 in Sacramento at Golden 1 Center. Boys Noize served as special guest for the trek. Before that, the band’s 2022 world tour, which included a mixture of headline shows and festival headlining slots, earned stellar reviews. Revisit our coverage from The Met in Philadelphia HERE.

Last fall, Nine Inch Nails released their latest album – the soundtrack for the feature film Tron: Ares. With the release of the record, Disney World in Orlando, Florida has added music from the soundtrack to The Tron Lightcycle attraction at the Magic Kingdom. Fans can now hear Nine Inch Nails playing in the attraction’s queue and while riding.

Starring Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman and Oscar winner Jared Leto, Tron: Ares arrived in theaters on October 10. Nine Inch Nails performed the entire soundtrack for the film, which was written by the band’s Academy Award-winning duo of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. The soundtrack is available now on cassette, CD, limited edition CD, standard black vinyl, and limited edition red and gray vinyl.

Nine Inch Nails are undoubtedly one of the greatest artists of all time. Pioneers of the industrial genre, they incorporated elements of rock, metal, electronica, and alternative rock to forge a style all their own. They shook the music world to it’s core in 1989 with their debut album, Pretty Hate Machine. The record was truly groundbreaking, and has since gone on to be certified multi-platinum. In 1994, NIN set the bar once again with their sophomore effort, The Downward Spiral, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200. The disc went on to sell over 5 million copies, and be certified quadruple-platinum. It spawned arguably the band’s finest moment, the single “Closer.”

Throughout their career, Nine Inch Nails have sold over 30 million records worldwide.
