The Future Past Tour will focus on their 1986 album ‘Somewhere In Time’ plus other hits
Iron Maiden are returning to the road next year. The metal icons have announced The Future Past Tour. The first round of dates are scheduled for Europe beginning in June. Support acts and additional dates will be announced soon.
Tickets go on sale October 13 and 14 via IronMaiden.com, with the exception of Italy, which is on-sale tomorrow at 12pm CEST.
The Future Past Tour will feature previously unperformed songs from our most recent studio album Senjutsu along with a focus on 1986’s Somewhere In Time, plus other classic cuts.
Iron Maiden released their seventeenth studio album Senjutsu last September. It is the band’s first new record in nearly six years. The album peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the UK Rock & Metal Albums chart. It took the top spot in 14 countries around the globe.
Iron Maiden are currently trekking across North America. The run wraps up on October 27 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, FL. Tickets for all remaining shows are on sale now.
