The Warning will serve as special guests
This fall, Evanescence and Halestorm are teaming up for a brief run across Canada this fall. The trek kicks off on October 15 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia and wraps up on October 29 at Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario. The Warning will serve as special guests for the entire trek.
Halestorm said, “Canada, are you Freaks ready?! We are officially joining our amazing friends Evanescence and The Warning on tour this October! It’s going to be an incredible show you won’t want to miss.”
Tickets will be available starting with artist presale on Wednesday, April 24 at 10am local time, and additional presales running throughout the week. The general on-sale will begin Friday, April 26 at 10am local time. Limited VIP packages will be available that include viewing Evanescence’s sound check, exclusive merchandise items, early entry and more.
Delivering a number of dynamic rock hits over the last two decades, the band recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of their landmark debut album, Fallen, originally released in 2003. They recognized the milestone with a special anniversary edition of the smash album, which spawned gigantic rock hits like “Bring Me to Life,” “Going Under” and “My Immortal,” kickstarting a thriving career they’re still carrying out today.
Halestorm and Lzzy Hale have a busy stretch ahead of them. Last month, Skid Row and vocalist Erik Grönwall announce that they were parting ways. The decision is a joint one that was reach amicably. The group also confirmed that Halestorm singer, guitarist and “longtime friend” Lzzy Hale will be taking over vocal duties for the band’s previously scheduled tour dates this spring.
“I’m stepping in for a few dates as the lead singer of Skid Row,” Lzzy exclaimed. “What an honor to call them my friends and a privilege to be sharing the stage with them! Erik, I wish you all the magic on your next adventure. Now, which leather pants to wear?!”
Back in 2011, Halestorm released an EP of cover songs, ReAniMate: The CoVeRs eP. Included in the effort was a version of Skid Row’s hallmark song, “Slave to the Grind.” The band performed a raucous live version on the ShipRocked Cruise in 2020.
After her stint with Skid Row, Lzzy and Halestorm are hitting the road with I Prevail on a co-headlining tour. The trek kicks off on July 9 in Raleigh, North Carolina at the Coastal Credit Union Music Park and runs through August 17 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Bakkt Theater inside Planet Hollywood Casino & Resort. Hollywood Undead and Fit For A King will serve as special guests.
