It is the band’s first all-new LP in seven years
Angels & Airwaves have announced their brand new studio album Lifeforms. It is their first full-length outing in seven years. The album is due out on September 24.
The album is available for pre-order now in several formats including vinyl over on the band’s website.
“This album for me is a journey through different relationships, different points of view, and how we each have our own life path,” said Tom DeLonge in a press release. “‘Restless Souls’ in many ways is an honest letter from God to humanity — because life seems to always be looking for ways to inspire, clarify and teach us when things become more difficult.”
Additionally, Angels & Airwaves have confirmed a massive world tour that kicks off in the United States this fall. The first date is on September 29 at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium in Riverside, CA. Next year, the band will head overseas for a European run.
Tickets will go on sale on this Friday, June 18 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
