On February 21, Mammoth WVH and Nita Strauss kick off another leg of their wildly successful tour together. In May, Mammoth WVH will continue with more dates featuring special guest Intervals. In addition to their own headlining dates, both Mammoth WVH and Nita Strauss will be appearing at the colossal Welcome to Rockville festival next May in Daytona Beach, Florida alongside Mötley Crüe, Foo Fighters, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, and many more.
“2023 has been an amazing year and 2024 is shaping up to be even busier,” Wolfgang Van Halen said at the time. “To be able to headline more shows with Nita Strauss and then having Intervals join us later is so exciting. I am honored that I get to return to that incredible Metallica stage as well as reunite with Dave Grohl and the guys in the Foo Fighters. I can’t wait to see everyone next year.”
Mammoth’s sophomore album Mammoth II came out on on August 4 through BMG. The lead single “Another Celebration at the End of the World” gave the band a Top 10 at Active Rock radio. The new record follows their acclaimed GRAMMY®-nominated debut. Recorded at the legendary 5150 Studios, the forthcoming Mammoth IIwas produced by friend and frequent collaborator Michael Elvis Basket (Falling In Reverse, Alter Bridge, Limp Bizkit). On the day the album came out, Mammoth WVH began their run with Metallica on the highly anticipated North American leg of their M72 World Tour.
Mammoth II was a commercial hit for the group, topping Billboard’s Hard Rock Albums chart and the UK’s Rock & Metal Albums chart.
Last summer, Wolfgang Van Halen and company toured again as special guests of Alter Bridge on the second U.S. leg of their Pawns & Kings Tour.
