The band’s new EP ‘This Ain’t Art’ arrives in March
The Warhawks have released their new single “On May Way.” It is the first track from their forthcoming EP This Ain’t Art which arrives on March 12 via The Sony Orchard. Fans can stream the song now HERE.
“‘On My Way’ is a prayer to the universe,” Pat Bilodeau said. “Hypothetical voodoo. An explosion of punk with a stadium shaking chorus. I was thinking about Iggy Pop and I was thinking about ‘Like a Prayer’ or an Irish drinking song or something.”
To celebrate, the New Jersey natives are crossing the Ben Franklin Bridge to play a special EP Release Show at the legendary First Unitarian Church in Philadelphia on March 12.
The Warhawks’ new EP was recorded at Gradwell House. It was produced by Dave Downham and mastered by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound. In addition to their record release show, the band has performances scheduled in New Jersey, New York, Baltimore through the end of March.
