Heavy metal powerhouse Sevendust will be hitting the road this spring with special guests Trivium and Like A Storm. The trek kicks off on April 26 at The Varsity Theatre in Baton Rouge, LA and wraps up with festival performances at Rocklahoma in Pryor, OK on May 28. Tickets go on sale Friday, January 29 via Sevendust.com.
“We can’t wait to embark on our first Kill The Flaw headline tour of the States,” said Sevendust frontman Lajon Witherspoon. “Looking forward to jamming with our brothers in Trivium and Like A Storm for the first time as well. Can’t wait to see you all on the road!”
Sevendust are supporting their latest effort Kill The Flaw which dropped back in October. The disc hit #13 on the Billboard Top 200 and #2 on both the Billboard Rock and Hard Rock Albums Charts. The band grabbed their first Grammy Nomination this year for Best Metal Performance for “Thank You,” the album’s lead single. The Grammy Awards air February 15 at 8/7c on CBS. – by Matt Bishop
