The shows will take place in Seattle this fall
Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder has announced two exclusive solo shows this fall. The performances will take place on October 23 and October 24 at Benaroya Hall in Seattle. In addition to his performance at Ohana Festival on September 30, the Seattle shows are Vedder’s only scheduled solo performances for the foreseeable future.
A special ticket pre-sale for both concerts begins today, Monday, August 21 HERE for current Ten Club members who were active as of Sunday, August 20. Public tickets will only be available through Ticketmaster Registration HERE. Ticketmaster Registration opens today at 10am PT and closes tomorrow, Tuesday, August 22 at 5pm PT.
Eddie Vedder will be returning to the solo stage to raise support for EB Research Partnership (EBRP). All proceeds from the shows will be donated to EBRP, an organization Jill Vedder and Eddie Vedder founded with a group of parents in 2010 to discover treatments and cures for Epidermolysis Bullosa. EB Research Partnership is the largest global organization dedicated to funding research to treat and cure Epidermolysis Bullosa. EBRP has a goal to cure EB, a life-threatening genetic skin disorder affecting children from birth, by 2030 and in the process, pioneer an innovative model for all rare diseases.
On August 31, Pearl Jam will begin a brief run of U.S. shows. The band is set to perform in Chicago, Indianapolis, Austin, and more. Special guests for the brief trek will be Inhaler on select dates.
Pearl Jam released their eleventh studio album Gigaton in March of 2020. It was the group’s first all-new studio outing in seven years. The critically-acclaimed album hit No. 5 on the Billboard Top 200 and No. 1 on Billboard’s Rock and Alternative album charts. The band finally got out not the road to support the album last year.
