(TRR) Metallica are currently cruising around the country shaking stadium foundations as part of their WorldWired Tour. On the eve of the band’s show at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, FL, their latest LP Hardwired…To Self-Destruct was certified platinum in the U.S. with over 1,000,000 albums sold. The disc had already gone platinum worldwide back in April and debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 last November. It is Metallica’s sixth consecutive album to debut at #1 on the Billboard Charts. The follow-up to the Grammy Award-winning Death Magnetic, it is the band’s first release on their own label Blackened Recordings.
