(TRR) Talk about a band that needs to be on your radar! Meet southern California rockers Joyous Wolf! The band has just recently signed to Roadrunner Records and are currently tearing up the live scene with their phenomenal performances.
Joyous Wolf are hard at work on their debut album, which we hope will be released very soon, but with this band the live show truly says it all! Their performance is both raw and pumped full of adrenaline that keeps the crowd jamming from beginning to end.
Their sound is a brilliant mix of both gritty rock n’ roll and a little bit of blues, with some good ol’ fashioned soul tossed in for good measure. It is addictive. During their set we only found ourselves wanting more and more!
The band recently played the amazing Las Rageous Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada and needless to say, it was certainly a memorable set. Vocalist Nick Reese scurried his way up the stage scaffolding and rocked out from high atop the stage. What a moment! Seriously, look it up! Joyous Wolf is also set to play several upcoming festivals including Welcome To Rockville and Carolina Rebellion! They just recently wrapped up a tour with Fozzy, who is fronted by WWE’s Chris Jericho and Stuck Mojo guitarist Rich Ward.
We had a chance to catch up with Joyous Wolf’s engaging front-man Nick Reese for an enchanting and humorous chat about the band’s label signing, touring plans, album release and what he likes to “nerd” out about!
