Something Dystopian This Way Comes – Stu Block of Iced Earth

Something Dystopian This Way Comes – Stu Block of Iced Earth

Few bands have been so true to their roots as Iced Earth. For over two decades, the band has never wavered from their classic power metal sound. The tradition continues with the new addition of frontman Stu Block. I got a chance to catch up with Stu to talk about the new record, Dystopia, which is out now on Century Media Records. It’s his first album with the band, and what an amazing debut it is. It’s a very tight record, and melodic as well. Block is at his best on Dystopia, showcasing his awesome vocal range. Stu also gave me some inside info about the band’s BIG upcoming tour plans moving into the summer, as well as how cool it was to shoot a music video overseas! Iced Earth is currently out on a co-headlining tour with Symphony X with support from Warbringer. It’s an epic night of metal, so I suggest you go get your tickets and CRANK IT UP!
