SLEEPING WITH SIRENS AND PIERCE THE VEIL ANNOUNCE 2014 WORLD TOUR

untitled-1-21Today, Sleeping With Sirens and Pierce The Veil announced a 2014 co-headlining world tour with special guests Beartooth and This Wild Life. The U.S. leg kicks off on November 5 at the Woodward Park Amphitheater in Fresno, CA and wraps up on December 6 at The Joint in the Hard Rock Cafe Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The tour, presented by Rockstar Energy Drink, is set to run over five months with stops all over the world. The bands last toured together on their sold-out Collide The Sky Tour back in 2012.  

“It’s been awhile since either Sleeping with Sirens or Pierce The Veil have toured, and IPierce The Veil band think it’s truly special to travel the world together,” Sleeping With Sirens lead singer Kellin Quinn says of the tour. “So to do a tour this long that hits so many countries?  What more could you ask for?  It’ll be insane, so don’t miss out!” Pierce The Veil frontman Vic Fuentes adds, “Our fans inspired us to create this tour, so that makes it extra special, and very meaningful for us.  Doing a world tour is something that not a lot of bands get to do in a lifetime, so we plan on making these shows the best we’ve ever done.  We can’t wait to see you all there!”

untitled-1-2Sleeping With Sirens’ last effort, Feel, debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 and ranked #15 on TheRockRevival.com’s Top 50 Rock Albums of 2013. The band headlined the Vans Warped Tour last summer, playing the main stage every night. Pierce The Veil’s 2012 album Collide with The Sky is certainly their finest hour thus far in their career. The album debuted at #15 on the Billboard Top 200 and has since sold nearly 25,000 copies in the U.S. alone. The album garnered the band numerous awards. That summer, the band played the main stage on the entire Vans Warped Tour. In early 2013, the band released their critically-acclaimed documentary This Is a Wasteland. Beartooth are currently touring on Warped Tour in support of their debut LP Disgusting which recently dropped via Red Bull Records. This Wild Life are an acoustic duo from Long Beach, CA. Their debut album via Epitaph Records debuted at #17 on the Billboard Independent Albums Chart. – by Matt Bishop
