PREMIERE: The Killers Release New Single “Run For Cover,” Announce Album Details

(TRR) Las Vegas rock outfit The Killers have released “Run For Cover” – the second single from their upcoming new studio album Wonderful Wonderful. The new disc is the long awaited follow-up to 2012’s smash hit Battle Born which landed at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 and #1 on both Billboard Top Alternative Albums and Billboard Top Rock Albums.

The band premiered the first single from the new disc – “The Man” – back in June. Fans who pre-order Wonderful Wonderful will receive an instant download of “Run For Cover.” The album drops September 22 via Island Records. It was produced by Jacknife Lee (The Cars, U2, R.E.M., Weezer, AFI).

The Killers are set to headline Lollapalooza next weekend along with Muse and Arcade Fire, as well as Chance The Rapper. Also slated to perform are blink-182, Cage The Elephant, Royal Blood, Liam Gallagher, The Pretty Reckless, Highly Suspect and more.
