This April, the city of Las Vegas will see the return of a heavy music festival. Godsmack and Avenged Sevenfold will headline the first annual installment of Las Rageous on April 21-22. The festival, presented by Live Nation, will also feature Coheed and Cambria, Breaking Benjamin, Mastodon, Anthrax, Killswitch Engage, Eagles of Death Metal, Of Mice & Men, All That Remains, The Devil Wears Prada, and Escape The Fate. Both Godsmack and Avenged Sevenfold headlined the 48 Hours Festival in Las Vegas in 2011. Escape The Fate was also on the bill.

It will also be an “intimate” festival of sorts, with only 10,000 tickets available. Pre-sale tickets go on sale Thursday, February 2 from 10am to 10pm PT. Fans can get pre-sale codes by signing up for the Las Rageous email list at LasRageous.com and from radio partner KOMP-FM. Two-day festival tickets will be made available for $99 each for a limited time only. A limited amount of VIP tickets are also available and include a private viewing platform and a parking pass.

About Matt Bishop

Welcome to the Revival of rock 'n' roll music. The way you used to hear rock, see rock, and feel rock is going to be shattered into a million pieces, reassembled, and revived. Dive into the realm of rock with interviews, concert coverage, and breaking news that make the music seem real again - in your ears, in your mind, and right in front of your very eyes. You'll feel the cool steel of the guitar strings and the smooth wood grain of the drum sticks right in your hands, all with the echoes of reverb in your head. This is the way rock was supposed to be experienced. Welcome to the Revival of rock 'n' roll music.
