Alter Bridge band 2014

Heavy rockers Alter Bridge have unveiled the first few dates of their 2014 U.S. Fortress Tour. After a one-off performance at the House of Blues in Orlando, FL back in October, the band jetted overseas for a European run with support from Shinedown and Halestorm. Now, the band will trek across their homeland beginning on April 14 in Dallas, TX. Only seven dates have been announced thus far, but more shows are soon to be made official. In addition to their own headlining shows, Alter Bridge will be busy on the festival circuit in 2014. The band has been confirmed for Soundwave (Australia), Download (UK), and Graspop Metal Meeting (Belgium). Alter Bridge will be touring off their latest album, Fortress, which debuted at #12 on the Billboard Top 200, #6 on the UK Albums Chart, #1 on the UK Rock Chart, and #9 on the Italian Albums Chart.
